By moving this process indoors we are less exposed to weather and more protected from crop failure.

We will expand and grow to eventually not just provide fresh organic fruits and vegetables, but fish, poultry and eggs and other foods.
It is our hope that by starting small we will be able to focus on quality and grow our business responsibly. This will not happen overnight and we need the support of our community and neighbors.
